Lamb of God

Am I just blind, or is there no Lamb of God post? Hm, well if there isn't then this is for them. They recently debuted at number 2 with their new album "Wrath" which is a HUGE accomplishment for a band like them. Check out the songs: "Set To Fail", "Broken Hands", "Laid to Rest", "Omerta", "Now You've Got Something to Die For". There's a crap load of others I could list but those are a few killer tracks.

I knew it was coming eventually. I'm a pretty big Lamb fan too, but Wrath kind of disappointed me, I think it's because sacrament grew on me too much and hearing them return to a style closer to ashes threw me off a bit. I'm sure I'll come to like it after enough listens. My favorite track of theirs is Blacken the Cursed Sun

my favorite LoG song is Grace, I only have Sacrament, but I've heard most of the songs on Wrath (including Grace) they're an awesome band

I might of done it on accident, as I was moving other core bands here.

Where would you like me to move it. And before you say it, i'm not moving them to extreme metal, theirs nothing extreme about lamb of god.

I wasn't going to suggest that, and I'm not entirely sure where they could go...I'm still against making a new sub-forum for an obscure genre with only two bands posted in it, but it seems I may have to....

There is SO something extreme about it. The vocalist is EXTREMEly poor vocally.

I quite like his lower growls in the last two albums, still don't like his high pitched screams though

Get Lamb of God out of the metalcore section. They are not metalcore. They belong along with Pantera in a special little slice of good. They are more generic metal anyways, as they have no faggy breakdowns or any shit like that.

Yeah, I've been wanting to say this for a while. Lamb of God is Groove Metal. their first couple albums were close to metalcore, but they don't make metalcore anymore.

Didn't complain because last time I did, they were put here.
