Yeah, it's normal. For a parasite. Focusing so much attention on normal individuals just like you and I who live lives that many for some reason want despite not knowing a thing about what it's actually like, or why they want it, is not healthy, it's not normal, and it's a symptom of the problem we've created with our excessive materialism and excessive...excess. Fuck celebrities, they're nothing special. Tabloids make me sick, as does our sensationalized news that rarely reports on anything the public needs to know but instead focuses on story to further a subtle agenda that the populace bites readily into.

I hate when the news doesnt let things go. ENTERTAINMENT is the thing that keeps the population in pretty much a certain order and gives the journalist their paycheck. so its pretty much fair trade, news for cash. seems fair enough. xD but gah, I find it annoying when some of my friends go straight towards the magazine section when entering a store.-_- -face palm-
