Also, back to PTH, my tickets arrived in the mail yesterday, I got some great seats (cuz I ordered them 2 months before the show)

There's a floor area, where you stand, if you got floor tickets, but there are usually seats for everybody else. Once the good music starts kicking in, it doesn't matter really, because people start standing up.

Atleast thats how its been at the 3 or 4 concerts I've been to.

Festivals are different, though. You just stand the whole time.

No, I'd never sit, "seats" is just the part of the venue you have on your tickets, whether or not you're standing or sitting doesn't matter, you still get a section and a row and so on
