APC is an awesome band, not nearly as talented as Tool, which puts them still in my top 10 haha. 13th Step and Mer de Noms are amazing albums. They're slightly more mainstream-friendly than Tool, but still quite awesome

Ummmm, wtf? that says absolutely nothing about tool or a new album. You do know that Maynard is in A Perfect Circle as well right? It just says that Maynard has worked with Billy on new material, which likely won't be for a full album......
