The Absurd demos sound like a couple of teenagers who just got into black metal and decided to make a svper kvlt trve band...which is probably what did happen. They can't even play their instruments on the demos...

It isn't black metal. It's punk. Specifically Oi! mixed with RAC, if you can appreciate those early demos you can appreciate even the least musical RAC. Which sometimes is better described as noise with a message, than as music.

Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb

I like their demos.

Skrewdriver, Skullhead, and No Remorse are three of my favourite. The Dentists are pretty good too, but arguably Oi!. RAC isn't so much a genre as it is a group, much like LLN but less tight, in this case united by politics. There isn't much reason to listen to it unless you sympathize with it's politics.
