PostSubject: The Ruins of Beverast   The Ruins of Beverast EmptySat Sep 05, 2009 11:54 pm

Possibly the greatest black metal band in recent years.

Links:

http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=11562
http://www.myspace.com/theruinsofbeverastfanpage
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7TZdWD97sg

...and it pisses me off how youtube and myspace don't have any tracks off Rain Upon the Impure, their best album to date D:<

They have a new one coming out, and it's finished, and the promo copies are being handed out. Can't wait, I'm seriously pissing myself over this.

Rain Upon the Impure and Foulest Semen are better than Unlock the Shrine, but not by much.

I prefer Unlock the Shrine to Rain Upon the Impure, but they're all pretty close.

The production of Rain is very strange. I find my speakers turned up a lot louder than normal, but it seriously crushes you like a title wave.

Spent most of yesterday and this morning listening to both of them. Yeah, Rain Upon the Impure needs a lot more volume. I'm honestly not sure which I like more now. Unlock the Shrine has most of my favorite Black Metal pieces ever (The Clockhand's Groaning Circles is pretty much my favorite song), but I really like the Doomy feel of Rain.

I want the latest album so bad, but the first download I tried yesterday took over half an hour, and when I went to extract it half of the songs were corrupted.

Help please.

Per, that's not really an option at the moment.

Cthulhu, that's the one I'd used.

Getting a job is never not an option, unless you wear your underwear outside your pants, then you can't get a job.

I can't get a job because there's no places nearby that are hiring, and I have no means of transportation until I get my license, which I can't do until my parents get of their arses and take me to the DMV to go through all that shit.

I'm stranded.
