I suggest you take some weight gainer and hit the weights a bit harder...how tall are you?

Pretty small for Norwegian standards...haha, I jest. Srsly though, take some weight-gain & protein and hit the protein within 30 minutes of your workouts. It'll do you a world of good. Plus that's just REALLY thin, even for a 5'9"ish person. You might even want to take a protein shake in the morning as well.

Isn't weight-gain just steroids or something? Will do on the protein shakes, they taste like ass but that probably would help, I don't get a lot of protein.

No, just go to your local GNC(or whatever the equivalent is in Canada) and buy the store brand weight-gainer(it's not steroids, it's basically just a shitload more of calories for your body to take in), and whey protein...and don't forget within 30 minutes after your workout, that's when your muscles start sucking up nutrients and whatnot from your body to fuel growth and strength. Also, if you DO have a GNC and like chocolate, get the chocolate caramel protein, that shit is delicious. Protein bars and shakes are MUCH better than they used to be, they no longer taste so much like chalk either, which was always my biggest hang-up with them.
