While I don't mention them in my top 10 list, Korn is one of my alltime favorite bands, the greatest nu metal band there is (if you think differently, I don't much care) Such an innovative and unique band, I'll always love Korn

I used to be not a big fan of Korn. I liked Freak on a Leash, A.D.I.D.A.S, and Coming Undone. But when I got my laptop in january, I decided to put all mine and my dad's CDs on it. Turns out, we have Life is Peachy, Follow The Leader, and All Mixed Up. So I listened to em more after that, and they're quite good.

My favorites are probably Freak on a Leash, Coming Undone, Dead Bodies Everywhere, Got The Life, Another Brick in the Wall, and Falling Away From Me.

Fil doesn't like singles in general because they are, admittedly, given much more credit than they deserve, or less, since Kyle, Kent AND Theo all come here, I'm not going to go into detail about how retarded it is to judge a band/artist based on their singles, I'll just leave it at that

artists choose their singles based on marketing, not based on how "good" they are. The average consumer wants to hear alot more of the same and be spoonfed music. It's what sells at least. The artist's originality is displayed much more in the songs that aren't "single material." Of course, there are always those artists who resist this and put out what singles they feel are the best songs for the album or have a message they want to get out. I personally enjoy all of Tool's singles, and their videos supporting the singles are far from what is expected, the same boring shit: "Oh look! the band's playing the song! Look at the lead singer! Titties!" KoRn's music video in support of FoaL may contain the band (who can blame them), but it's an original concept and quite well-executed. Plus, the song at the time was not something that was more of the same boring shit that everyone was playing on the radio.

I get a little too worked up, which is weird considering I've never been in an arguement where I needed to raise my voice, never been in a fight, I usually just lay low, yet my rants are always a bit.....excessive

yeah, you tend to get too emotionally involved in your arguments. that usually becomes your undoing. at some point you'll learn to control this, and thus the argument. if they raise a good point, concede that to them, but realize it doesn't necessary render your argument invalid. an arguer should always be willing to listen to reason, else it becomes pointless bickering
