Prog sucks

I haven't lived at home since I was 17. About that time, they just completely gave up on me and let me do what I want. So now I'll go over to throw parties out at their house whenever I feel like it, show up unannounced with friends and beer, and have crazy bonfires.

Good times.

I must get it out there, as much as I respect him for saying that prog sucks on a largely progfan forum, I don't like this new person.

First off, sorry to disapoint you Niggerfail.

Secondly, hardcore has pretty much died out because it was an inferior form of music, there is a reason that out of all the 'hardcore' bands in the late eighties were outsold by crossover bands like S.O.D. C.O.C. is the only one that was ever worth a damn. Not even punk fans like hardcore anymore because even crust is better than it.

Lastly, Dead blew his head off because he was bored of life and was nuts. Which is pretty fucking cool.

Side-note, I agree. He may suck but the new guy is better than that prog faggot.

I like a lot of the newer stuff from Australia. Haven't heard much of the classics.

I go to every hardcore show I can find within 30-40 miles of me.

Hardcore hasn't died out, at all. There are so many new bands up and coming it's crazy, I wish I had more money to be honest. AND the reason why crossover bands "outsold" the late 80s hardcore bands is because all the late 80s hardcore bands sucked. Hardcore had like a 5 year burst of awesome music and then it just kind of stopped.

Also whenever I see live Reagan Youth videos from like the late 80s/early 90s I can't help but laugh because they look like stupid hippies at a hardcore show.

All the late 80s hardcore bands sucked? What about Infest, Doom, Dwarves, Dag Nasty if you consider them hardcore, and the slew of great Finnish and Japanese bands?

I used to like Family Guy. I even found Blue Moon to be quite funny, but most of the past several years of FG have been absolutely trash.
