If anyone here was already a member before the change of hosts... you have to go onto the old forum http://s3.invisionfree.com/Headbangers_Haven to collect your new password which should be in your PM once logged into the new forum you can change it.

Rather long winded way of doing it but my Co-Admin sorted it all out :p

I'm not entirely certain what you're asking, to be placed on the affiliates page, you'd need to make a very small banner (size is specified earlier in this thread), to post it as a code you just post the picture with the url embedded in it and then put [ code ][ /code ] before and after it (remove the spaces of course)
