Whats wrong with that? Besides, I'm sure you can find something to do other than listen to your family yap. Just go outside, there are plenty of things to do, dead things to poke with sticks, children to scare, etc.

Oh, lame on them. Some times I forget what its like to have to listen to people and not have a car or something.

If I could drive, had a car, and didn't have to get through my parents to go places, you people would almost never see me.

I can drive, I have a car (I love my car), I haven't lived at my parents house in about 6 years.

I still make it on here once and awhile.

Which reminds me, I have to go to go take pictures of my boss lady's wrecked car today. And maybe go to Borders. Who knows? The possibilities are almost endless!

I've had a car for about 3 years or so now, but I haven't had to answer to my parents in about 6 like I said, so its easy for me to have forgotten what it is actually like.

It sucks almost as much as relying on my girlfriend's mom's cell-phone and when her mom feels like letting her know I called and letting her actually use the phone for communicating outside of school or teh library. It's especially frustrating right now, because both me and her have been wanting to go to the mall again and tomorrow we is able to, but because her mom almost never answers the phone or lets her return my calls I have no way of setting anything up.

Argh, lame. I have had my own cellphone for the last 5 years, only because I pay for it myself. When I was younger, we had a land line for awhile, but about 8 years ago, maybe 9, my parents had more important things to spend money on, rather than electricity, clothes, phone, etc. so we lost the phone. Its a good thing I didn't have many friends, because they wouldn't have been able to get a hold of me, had they wanted to make plans any way. So I kind of know how that feels. I have a few friends now in the same boat too.

Yeah, she has her own phone, but it has no minutes and her mom apparently won't pay to put anymore on it. What's really annoying about it is her mom won't answer it if she doesn't want the person calling to talk and only relays messages when she feels like it and if she feels they are important, plus if she's mad at one or both of us she just completely ignores my calls for an entire weekend...and this is a 4-day weekend for us...

I am a little worried this weekend, though, because of what happened Thursday...I mean, everything seemingly ended well after I got to talk to her, but I has bad OCD, I worry when shit like this happens...


Anywho, I'm getting off-track...

What happened Thursday? Did I miss that somewhere? Thats why I'm glad I'm able to pay for my own phone. In fact, I put my mom on my plan a good couple of months ago, and her, one of my sisters and myself split the bill three ways. So if she pisses me off enough, I can cancel her on my plan without any charges. I love that power.

I hate parents like that, that basically rule their kids top the point of ridiculousness. Just because something isn't important to, or directly pertains to them, doesn't mean they should be able to dictate message relay. Argh, the injustice of shit like that literally makes me angry, regardless of whether or not I actually really know the person.

Its normal to worry about something like that though. I get all worry-some like that too, I understand.

Yeah, she feels the same way about it, she's told me she really doesn't want to keep living there, and there's a lot more to it than just that, her mom's really...I dunno how to really say it...but, especially with some things recently, it really isn't good for her mentally, I try to help as much I can.

Thanks for understanding...I just, I know I have nothing to worry about, but I spend a lot of time isolated and that gives me too much time to let my mind wander...and since I've known her I've not been able to stop thinking about her...

I would say the same thing, honestly. Her mom also doesn't trust her at all (neither does most of her family, according to her) and she gets the blame for a lot of shit. Like I said, it really isn't good for her...

Ug, I know how that goes. My family is freakin insane, and I try to disassociate myself from them whenever I can. But unfortunately when you live with your immediate family, its really, REALLY hard to do that.
